When Founding PRIMUS LOCUS, Latin for “First Choice“, Sam & Edward were dissapointed by the offering of mobile bars & event management companies which seemed to put personal profit above customer service. Because of this, we hold ourselves to the following values:
TRUST - No one likes being let down, which is why at PRIMUS LOCUS we offer flexible & lenient T&C as part of contracts to ensure both the business & client are protected. With 15 years of service experience between the two founders, This is something that PRIMUS LOCUS is determined to change. Re-focusing the energy towards exceptional customer service at a brilliant price.
RESPECT - Tying in with Diversity, respect is an important aspect to any event, we promise to deliver on this but in return we do hold a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse aimed at our colleagues.
INTEGRITY - We hold ourselves to account & deliver on what we say we are going to deliver on.
PASSION - We are passionate about performing to the best standard each & every time for our customers. The “RAISING THE BAR” mantra has stuck with us & serves as a constant reminder of why we are doing this. Raising the bar means so much more than improving each event we hold; It is a personal ethos which drives us to perform better for our customers, no matter how big or small the detail is.
TEAMWORK - Teamwork makes the dreamwork! But this extends past teamwork at events, it also means we utilise other partners / companies to help you deliver above your required expectation. With a team of circa. 20 trained & qualified mixologists & bar staff, events of varied size are able to be accommodated by us. All of these colleagues undergo specialist training to ensure that customer service is never faltered.

What Makes PL different to other event companies is purely customer service. Where other companies say their customers are at the heard of what they achieve, this is very rarely the case. That is where we come in and make a difference. From the first contact, to the final contact after the event, you will feel supported & your mind at ease in what can be extremely stressful environments. Our friendly staff are always on hand to ensure all questions / queries are answered in a calm / professional way.
Equally, community spirit is something that is sacred to us at PL. This means that we like to build relationships with all types of customers & try to help where possible. This is more than just a business to us, it is our personal ETHOS drilled into business standards.
Each event requires it’s own personal touch - And with us… you can trust that every detail no matter the size is looked at and explored, whether that is directly with us or equally with one of our recommended partners to provide what you need. We will make it happen, no ifs, no buts.
